Rocky is a very strong dog with a very high prey drive. Rocky is fearless and willing to attack on command or when he feels a threat to his owner. Rocky has been fully trained in PSA (PDC) as well as explosives detection. We are also training him in personal protection skills.
Rocky can serve as a superb police SWAT dog, or an amazing personal protection dog. We are planning to complete his explosives detection certification and get him the PSA PDC certified. Then we will consider either selling him to police department (most likely SWAT) or to a personal protection customer.
Pedigree
The pedigree of a dog is the most important indication of its suitability to do work and to do protection work. Below is Rocky’s pedigree.
You can see that he has many police dogs as well as KNPV and IGP champions and titles. His father, Ruus, participated in the Netherlands National KNPV championship. His grandfather, Bonky, had won 4 national KNPV championship as well as scent work competitions. Bonky is one of the most famous working dog studs in Netherlands.
