Although Community Coffee blends are served CC's, they are higher end roasts that not available in the Community Coffee roster of grocery store offerings.
Parker said the company's Louisiana roots come through in everything it does.
"We really focus on who we are at the core, and that's serving everyone better than anyone else, with our quality products and our consistency with service to our guests," she said. "So that's really what we focus on, is that neighborhood feel and serving our quality products."
There are currently 40 CCs locations in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
Other chains, like Scooters, which at 37 is seven years older than CC's, has 850 locations in 30 states. Eight-year-old north Arkansas-based 7 Brew lists more than 400 locations.
Parker said ideas have changed within the CC's organization.
"We went strategically to the franchising path just this year. Actually, at the beginning of 2025 we had been licensing before, but now we're franchising, and it's more so we could find those multi-unit operators that could help us grow throughout the state of Louisiana and to our neighboring states as well," Parker said.
The most popular CC's remain the traditional end cap spaces shopping center places that include a drive through but have indoor seating for coffee, meetings or study, Parker said.
In Shreveport-Bossier, two of the three CC's in Shreveport-Bossier are housed in Brookshire Grocery Stores on Airline Drive and Norris Ferry Road. The third is a standalone at 9488 Ellerbe Road.
Parker calls it the "E-22." The Espresso No. 22 is an iced espresso with cream, sweetened with pure cane sugar.
The proprietary Mochasippi frozen coffee treat, their number one seller, is an espresso drink blended with their Mochasippi Mix and a choice of flavors and whipped cream.

LEWISTON, Idaho – Jackson Syring and Ian Montz hit back-to-back solo home runs in the sixth inning and LSU Shreveport (La.) completed the first undefeated season in collegiate baseball history (59-0), beating Southeastern (Fla.), 13-7, to win the 2025 NAIA Baseball National Championship at the Avista NAIA World Series in Lewiston, Idaho.
It’s the first national championship in any sport for the Pilots, wrapping up the most historic season ever by a college baseball team.
The win was anything but easy, as Southeastern scored two runs in the first and two more in the second, on a double by James Strom and a Charlie Collins triple. Through two innings, Collins was 2-for-2 with two RBIs and a run scored, jumping out to an early 4-0 lead. He finished 2-for-5, and the Fire also had two hits from Alfonso Villalobos and Nick Streuer.
LSUS didn’t wait to cut the Fire lead to a single run, as Jose Sallorin drove in Montz and Syring, and Anthony Swenda came home on a wild pitch. In the next inning, the Pilots tied it and took the lead on bases-loaded walks by Diego Aragon and Ryan Davenport.
Southeastern regained the lead in the fourth with two runs, and in the fifth, Streuer singled to score Hicks, extending the SEU lead to 7-5.
In the bottom of fifth, the Pilots cut the deficit to one, as Aragon led off with a triple to center field. A ground-ball to the right side scored Cooper Huspen, who ran for Aragon, and LSUS was down 7-6.

An insurance run came home for the Pilots in the seventh and they added two in the eighth, as Syring, Sallorin and Gibson finished with two hits each, while Sallorin and Davenport each had three RBIs.
Pitching decisions went to both bullpens, as Kenneth Schlechter picked up the win for LSUS, improving to 4-0, while the Southeastern loss went to Bryce McDonald.
At the conclusion of the game, members of the media and tournament committee named the 2025 Avista NAIA World Series All-Tournament Team.

Boston led off the bottom of the sixth for Hope International, singling on the infield and moving to second on a throwing error. Boston moved to third on a ground-ball out and scored on Bartee’s single through the middle, trimming the lead to 7-2.
The bases were loaded later in the sixth, and Harvey singled in two runs to make it 7-4. The Pilots answered the inning with Aragon’s two-run single, and Davenport added two more, his third and fourth RBIs of the day, with a single. LSU Shreveport added another run in the eighth and two more in the ninth to go in front 14-4.

LEWISTON, Idaho – LSU Shreveport (La.) tied a 16-year-old collegiate baseball record for consecutive wins Wednesday night at the Avista NAIA World Series in Lewiston, Idaho, beating Southeastern (Fla.), 10-0, in seven innings to advance to Thursday night’s semifinal round.
Already 10 past the four-year record for consecutive wins, the Pilots have now tied the all-time best win total across all divisions of collegiate baseball. In 2009, Howard (Texas), a two-year program, won 57 consecutive until a loss on May 13, 2009, to Temple (Texas).
The win put the Pilots (57-0) two wins away from the 2025 NAIA Baseball Red Banner.
Isaac Rohde’s complete-game, four-hit shutout was his second win in the 2025 Series, now 16-0 on the year, striking out 10. Ryan Davenport (2-for-3), Vantrell Reed (2-for-3), and Jose Sallorin (2-for-2) had multi-hit games for the Pilots, and Sallorin drove in three.
LSU Shreveport set an early tone for the game with five runs in the first inning, beginning with a pair of doubles – from Davenport and Josh Gibson – and Jackson Syring added a single to score Gibson. Draven Zeigler moved to 13-0 on the mound for LSUS, tossing the first seven innings and striking out 10. Ian Montz was an offensive catalyst for the Pilots, going 3-for-5 with a pair of RBIs in the ninth inning that added insurance to the win.
Brock Lucas entered to start the eighth, pitching that inning and the ninth to pick up his fourth save of the season.
The loss ended a nine-game winning streak for Hope International at Harris Field, falling to 47-9, getting a 2-for-3 outing from Branden Chun-Ming, as well as two RBIs by Trotter Boston, who put Hope International on the board in the bottom of the second. In the sixth, LSUS took advantage of a leadoff triple by Montz that banged off the wall in right, and Montz went the remaining 90 feet on a sacrifice bunt and RBI by Aragon, returning the lead to the Pilots, 4-3. Aragon had two RBIs in the game, going 2-for-3.
The lead stuck, and LSU Shreveport moved to Wednesday, at 6:30 p.m. PT, meeting the winner between Georgia Gwinnett and Southeastern (Fla.).
