First-time applicants are those who have never had a Food Handler Card or Health Card in Clark County, NV.
The first-time test consists of 20 multiple-choice questions. A passing score is 70% or better. After passing the test, the $20 card fee will be collected, and the three-year Food Handler Card will be issued. The splash pads listed below are all free to play and visit unless otherwise noted. They are surfaced with recycled rubber for traction and to keep the surface cool.

Boulder City Splash Pads
There is one splash pad in Boulder City. The water at this splash park is turned on from May – October.
Clark County Parks Splash Pads
Splash pads operated by Clark County Parks (not operated by the City of Henderson, City of Las Vegas, or City of North Las Vegas) can be found here. This includes splash pads in Las Vegas, Henderson, Laughlin, etc.

The splash pad operating hours are from 8:00am-10:00pm.
City of Henderson Splash Pads
Splash pads in the City of Henderson are open for the season from 9:00am to 8:00pm, (typically April 1 – October 31) unless otherwise noted.
Splash pads in the City of Las Vegas are open for the season daily from 10:00am to 8:00pm unless otherwise noted.
Las Vegas Splash Pads (not city owned!)
Splash pads in the City of North Las Vegas are operational during the spring and summer months.
The splash pads listed below are operated by the Summerlin HOA (Homeowners Association) and officially open the first weekend of May each year. Sometimes a couple of days before, but always by the first weekend of May. Summerlin splash pads run from 9am – 8pm through May – October 1.
While there is a huge list of splash pads that we have shared above, we also have some shared by families that we have not been able to confirm online.
